I’m Chef! I visit with children during VBS opening skits each day and help them understand the purpose and theme in fun, hands on, age appropriate ways.
Our theme, Journey to Blessing Bakery, is inspired by four boys from ZOE’s program in Kenya who started a Bakery to support their families and help other orphans support their brothers and sisters as well. Developed by educators, this VBS weaves together powerful Bible stories, stories of children in ZOE’s program in Africa, crafts, games, skits, music, video, and tangible giving opportunities that lay the foundation for understanding generosity and what it means to be a blessing to others.
Journey to Blessing Bakery builds disciples and inspires children to join ZOE in giving hope to orphans in Africa through daily offerings and their very own Blessing Bakery. The leaders’ guides are ready to download below!
