Food Aid
Through the generous support of individuals, churches, and organizations in the United States, ZOE is able to partner with schools, hospitals, and churches in Africa to bring life-giving food relief to more than 20,000 orphans and vulnerable children. Food is delivered to schools and agencies who have the capacity to serve the children who need it.
Education Fees and Clothing
ZOE provides school fees and uniforms for more than 2,500 orphans in Zimbabwe. In Zambia and Kenya, more than 300 children are given these same opportunities.
Many uniforms are made through ZOE sewing projects established in local communities, providing income for the people who make them.
Hundreds of children have received blankets and school supplies donated by children and youth in the United States.
Clean Water
School water projects provide clean, healthy water for children and their surrounding community. In one area particularly vulnerable to drought, people walk up to three miles to obtain clean water from the school water source.
Medical Care
ZOE sends medicine and provides on the ground mobile medical clinics in Africa. Since 2006, short-term medical teams have treated more than 11,000 children. Working with organizations such as MAP International and Blessings International, ZOE is able to leverage funds to provide medications for sick children at a fraction of the normal cost.
