Your monthly partnership means continued commitment and expansion of ZOE’s ministries. You will receive ZOE’s monthly newsletter with stories about our children and updates on the ministry.

Please use our Monthly Partner Online Registration to begin the process. You have the flexibility of three options to begin your partnership with ZOE:

1. Automatic Bank Draft/Electronic funds transfer (EFT)
An established amount is withdrawn from your checking or savings account each month. Please complete the Online Registration and download and mail the following form: ZOE Ministry EFT Enrollment Form **

2. Credit Card
Have an established amount charged to your credit card. Please complete the Online Registration, download and mail the following form: ZOE Monthly Partner – Credit Card **

3. Check
Send your monthly gift via check. Please complete the Online Registration. There are no additional forms needed to begin giving by check.

** Please note: The EFT and Credit Card forms contain confidential information and thus are not appropriate to be returned via email.
