Rev. Greg Jenks, Executive Director | Email Greg The vision for ZOE was planted in Greg’s heart by a 15 year-old girl from his church who had traveled to Africa to work with orphans left in the wake of the AIDS pandemic. With the support of the NC United Methodist Conference, Greg launched ZOE Ministry from his home of Clayton, North Carolina. Today, thousands of people have helped meet the needs of orphans and vulnerable children in Zimbabwe, Zambia, Kenya, and Rwanda through the work of ZOE Ministry. Read more about the ZOE’s Story. Greg is married to Beth and they have two children. |

Susan Graebe, Associate Director | Email Susan ZOE welcomed Susan on staff in August 2008. Susan volunteered with ZOE from the beginning and served as a board member for two years. She received a Masters in Divinity degree from Duke Divinity School and has worked and volunteered with churches and non-profits since 1987. Susan is married to Chris and they have two children. |

Arthur Jones, Interim Director of Church Relations | Email Arthur ZOE welcomed Arthur on staff in May 2009. Arthur is a recent graduate of Duke Divinity School and will be strengthening and establishing relationships with churches and conferences across the southwest region of the United States. He is helping to expand our work with orphans and vulnerable children. |

Beth Jenks, Administrative Assistant | Email Beth Beth is a graduate of University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill with a BS in Nutrition and UNC-Greensboro with a Masters degree in Nutrition. In 2004, she left a position in her field to assist Greg in fulfilling God’s call to launch ZOE Ministry. |

Farai Mashonganyika, Field Officer Zimbabwe (far right) Farai oversees our Relief Ministry efforts in Zimbabwe. This includes delivery of food, medical care, and clothing supplies and coordination for visiting work teams. Farai is married and has three children. |

Epiphanie Mujawimana, Director, Africa Giving Hope Empowerment Project, Based in Rwanda Epiphanie is the founder of the “Giving Hope” methodology. She oversees all of ZOE’s Giving Hope Empowerment Project activities in Africa. Epiphanie and her husband have four children and are also raising four nieces and nephews. |

Alice Umulisa, Social Worker, Giving Hope Empowerment Project, Rwanda (far right) Alice has six years experience working with orphans. She believes that living in the community where orphans are living enables social workers to build closer relationships with those children to promote positive changes in their lives. Alice is currently engaged to be married. Alice is pictured leading a group of orphans and vulnerable children in a training session on forming a Working Group and developing their Life Dreams. |

Justine Kayiganwa Goberte, Social Worker, Rwanda Justine graduated from the National University in Rwanda with a degree in Social Work. She has two years experience as a secondary school teacher. She cares for her mother, three brothers, and one adopted orphan. |

Esperance Mukandepanda, Social Worker, Rwanda Esperance received her Bachelor’s Degree from the National University in Rwanda in Social and Economic Sciences. She is married, has four children of her own, and is raising 2 orphans. Esperance brings 19 years experience as a primary school teacher, 9 years as a Head Teacher, and a previous internship in ZOE’s Giving Hope. |

Reegan Kaberia, Project Manager, Giving Hope Empowerment Project, Maua Methodist Hospital, Kenya Reegan has served in ministry to the poor for a number of years. In March 2007, he became a ZOE Project Manager, opening the Giving Hope Empowerment Project initiative at the hospital. Reegan is married and has two children. |
